A PRACTICAL CHOOSING GUIDE

Ask the right questions. Make an informed choice.

You are choosing someone to share in your household’s daily life. Use this guide to compare any offer and clarify the details before agreeing.

01

A written agreement, not open-ended assumptions.

Check the contracting party’s details, service, duties, working days, hours and rest. Ask for your agreement and payment record, and understand termination and refund terms before committing.

02

Review experience in the duties you actually need.

The company’s matching standard is at least three years’ experience. Discuss relevant previous work, language and communication, and how experience is checked. Length of experience alone does not make every candidate suitable for every home.

03

Checks should respect everyone’s privacy.

Ask how identity, background, documentation and relevant screening are reviewed. Information should be handled appropriately and with authorisation. Workers’ records or medical results are not published here; screening cannot guarantee the absence of every risk.

04

Replacement terms should be specific.

The company offers a one-year replacement guarantee with no fixed maximum number of requests during the term. Ask for the start date, process, expected timing, fees and exclusions in writing. A replacement depends on the contract and availability.

05

Respect belongs in the agreement.

Agree privacy, rest, responsibilities and how to raise concerns. Living in does not mean being continuously on duty, and elder companionship does not include nursing.

06

Compare the total, not just a headline price.

Separate the worker’s pay from agency fees, additional costs and payment or refund conditions. A cheaper quote alone does not establish its quality. Compare the same duties and terms.

A short checklist before you sign

  • Company details and your contract copy.
  • Duties, schedule, rest and accommodation.
  • Relevant experience and documentation.
  • Worker’s pay, agency fees and total cost.
  • Guarantee, replacement, cancellation and refunds.

Clarity matters more than big promises.

This guide explains the company’s standards and the questions to discuss. It does not present invented reviews or unpublished documents, or claim that other agencies lack these standards. The agreement and information you review should inform your decision.

Tell us your household’s priorities.

Start with the duties and your household’s routine. Discuss experience, language, communication and privacy. Availability is confirmed before you agree. Ask to review relevant experience and documentation.
