AT HOME WITH BAITNA

Every home needs something different.

Three monthly services, each with its own responsibilities. You do not need every answer in advance. Tell us about your day, and we will discuss the options.

Monthly housekeepers

Consistent help for everyday life, not a one-off visit.

When housework is an everyday responsibility, ongoing support makes a difference. We help you find a monthly housekeeper, live-in or live-out, with clear duties shaped around your home and family.

  • Everyday cleaning and tidying in the areas you agree.
  • Laundry and ironing, within the agreed workload.
  • Help with meal preparation when included in the arrangement.

This is not hourly, daily or one-off specialist cleaning. Childcare and elder companionship are separate responsibilities that must be agreed explicitly.

Monthly nannies

A nanny who fits your child and your family’s approach.

Choosing a nanny is about more than finding extra time. We discuss your child’s age, routine and your instructions, then look for a suitable monthly arrangement with clearly defined responsibilities.

  • Supporting daily routines and age-appropriate play.
  • Helping with meals and personal care, following parents’ instructions.
  • Organising children’s belongings and keeping the family informed.

A nanny is not a healthcare professional. Nursing and medical procedures are excluded, and full housekeeping is not automatically part of childcare.

Elder companions

Companionship with dignity, independence and privacy.

A considerate companion can make everyday life easier for a parent or relative. This is monthly, non-medical home companionship, with duties agreed around the person’s abilities and daily needs.

  • Companionship and support with everyday routines and activities.
  • Agreed non-medical help at home.
  • Keeping the family informed about daily observations and changes.

This is not nursing, treatment or emergency care. It does not include injections, medical procedures or managing treatment, and cannot replace a qualified clinician.

CHOOSE WITH CLARITY

Look beyond the headline price.

Compare duties, agency fees and replacement terms before comparing price alone. At Baitna, a one-year replacement guarantee forms part of the agreement, subject to the contract and a suitable replacement being available.

One yearReplacement guarantee

No fixed maximum number of replacement requests during the term, subject to the contract. Ask for the process and expected timing in writing before committing.

Ask any agency these questions:

How long is the guarantee?

Check the start and end dates, not just a verbal promise.

Are replacements limited or charged?

Ask about limits, process, costs and exclusions.

What exactly will I pay?

Separate the worker’s pay from agency fees and check the total.

Are duties and hours written down?

Clear responsibilities protect both your family and the worker.

ROOM FOR YOUR ROUTINE

Live-in or live-out. Always clearly agreed.

Live-in

Monthly support with accommodation in your home, suitable personal space, privacy, and agreed work and rest periods.

Live-out

Regular attendance under a monthly agreement, with set days, hours and duties. Not an hourly or single-day booking.

A calmer routine. More time together.

A good match is more than a checklist.

Start with the duties and your household’s routine. Discuss experience, language, communication and privacy. Availability is confirmed before you agree. Ask to review relevant experience and documentation.

Candidates with 3+ years’ experience

The company’s stated matching standard. Discuss experience relevant to your needs before agreeing.

A SIMPLE START

From a first conversation to a clear agreement.

A call from home is enough to start understanding your needs. Clear details before any agreement.

COST & AGREEMENT

Understand the cost before you commit.

No single price fits every household. Ask for a breakdown of what you pay, what is included and what is outside the agreement.

  • The service and scope of responsibilities
  • Live-in or live-out, working days and hours
  • Candidate experience and required skills
  • Your area and availability of a suitable match

Ask about the worker’s pay, agency fees, the total payable, additional expenses and refund terms. Request an appropriate record of payment.

Tell us your area. We will check availability.

Share your area, the service you need and your preferred start date. Availability and timing are confirmed before an agreement; sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Good questions deserve clear answers.

Which services are available?

Monthly housekeepers, monthly nannies and non-medical elder companions. We discuss the scope of each service before matching; responsibilities are not automatically combined.

Can I book by the hour or for one day?

No. Baitna focuses on monthly home support for households. Live-out attendance has agreed days and hours within a monthly arrangement, not separate hourly bookings.

Can I choose live-in or live-out?

Yes. We discuss the arrangement that suits your needs and candidate availability. Duties, work and rest periods should be clear in either case.

How long is the replacement guarantee?

The company offers a one-year replacement guarantee under the contract. Ask for the start and end dates, replacement process and exclusions in writing.

Is there a limit on replacement requests?

The company’s policy sets no fixed maximum number of requests during the one-year guarantee. Replacements depend on the contract and a suitable candidate being available. Discuss timing and any costs first.

What experience do candidates have?

The company’s stated matching standard is at least three years’ experience. Discuss experience in the actual duties you need and how it has been reviewed.

Does an elder companion provide nursing?

No. This is non-medical companionship, excluding injections, medical procedures and managing treatment. Clinical needs must be arranged with a qualified provider.

How is the cost determined?

It depends on the service, area, schedule, duties and accommodation arrangement. Request a breakdown of the worker’s pay, agency fees and any additional expenses.

Are Egyptian and foreign candidates available?

You can discuss available Egyptian or foreign candidates, relevant language skills, experience and accommodation preferences. Details depend on the role and availability and are confirmed before agreement.

How soon can the service start?

Ask about the next suitable candidate available for your area and needs. A start date is confirmed only after availability and the agreement are reviewed; an enquiry is not a timing guarantee.

Which documents should I ask about?

Ask for company details, a written agreement and a payment record. Discuss identity and experience checks and relevant screening, while respecting workers’ privacy. Checks cannot eliminate every risk.

How do I contact Baitna?
